• Submit your business for listing (subject to approval)

• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Platform without permission
• Submit spam, malicious code, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or businesses

Business Listings

Submission

When you submit a business listing, you warrant that you have the authority to list the business and that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Approval and Removal

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any business listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to listings that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or are deemed not suitable for the Platform.

Listing Fees

Listing fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before submission. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HERO TICKET and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (including business information, images, and descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The information provided by businesses is accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, HERO TICKET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HERO TICKET and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
